What we collect
Appointment requests contain your name, mobile number, contact preference, consultation category, preferred date and time, and optional message. We also store a request reference, status and creation date. Do not include sensitive medical information in the message.
How the information is used
Authorised reception staff use these details in the website and Dermis Clinic Manager to contact you about your request and arrange your consultation. Submitting a request does not give permission for marketing. Booking data is stored on the website’s hosted server and transferred securely to Dermis Clinic Manager for appointment administration. It is not sent to advertising tools.
Retention and access
Website appointment requests older than 180 days are removed during routine request and staff activity. This is separate from any clinical record kept by the clinic. Contact the clinic through its verified contact details to ask about access, correction or deletion.
Website services
Hosting and security services process technical connection information. A temporary signed form token and short-lived hashed rate-limit records help prevent spam. We do not use advertising trackers. Staff sign in through ChatGPT. Approved WhatsApp and Maps links lead to services with their own privacy policies.
